User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

In compliance with Pinterest Developer Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), kitxeno provides full control for users to request and execute the deletion of their personal and connected Pinterest account data.

2. Instant Self-Service Disconnection & Data Removal

You can immediately disconnect your Pinterest account and revoke all stored access tokens by following these steps:

1. Log in to your kitxeno account.
2. Navigate to the Pinterest Accounts section from the top navigation bar.
3. Locate the connected Pinterest account card and click the "Disconnect" button.
4. Confirm the action in the prompt.

Upon clicking Disconnect, your Pinterest OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and cached board associations are instantly and permanently purged from our database.

3. Complete Account and Scheduled Content Erasure

If you wish to delete your entire kitxeno account (including your user profile, email address, uploaded image assets, and scheduling history):

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
• Our automated compliance system will verify your request and securely delete all corresponding records within 48 hours.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely erased.

4. Revoking Access Directly via Pinterest

You may also revoke kitxeno's permissions directly within your Pinterest account settings at any time:

1. Log in to your account at Pinterest.com.
2. Go to Settings > Security & Logins > Connected apps.
3. Locate kitxeno and click Revoke access.
