2. Pinterest API & Community Compliance

kitxeno operates in conjunction with Pinterest's official API. By connecting your Pinterest account and using kitxeno, you explicitly agree to comply with:

You agree not to use kitxeno to post spam, repetitive identical content, malicious URLs, deceptive links, or content that violates intellectual property rights. kitxeno reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Pinterest's policies or engage in abusive posting behavior.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images, titles, descriptions, and media uploaded to kitxeno. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to publish the content you schedule through the Service.

4. Automated Scheduling & Service Availability

While kitxeno strives to ensure 99.9% uptime and reliable delivery of scheduled pins, publication times may occasionally experience minor variance depending on Pinterest API rate limits, network connectivity, and third-party API availability. kitxeno is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your scheduled pins and stored authentication credentials will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
